The Valwood fourth graders just completed a wonderful service project aimed at making sure every child has a happy birthday!!
Over several weeks, the class collected a variety of toys, party supplies, and “lasting” items (like a stuffed animal that a child can keep for a long time and then assembled over 40 birthday bags. The bags were then delivered to a local agency that assists families in need.
Job well done fourth grade!! You’ve helped make some birthday wishes come true for many children in our community!
