Model UN participants learn about the world and about the issues facing different countries in the Model United Nations program. Each spring, Valwood students are given the opportunity to represent different nations of the world in a competitive forum that mimics the UN. Students are charged with researching their assigned countries and determining how these diverse nations would respond to a wide range of issues. Model UN is open to any students in the Upper School.
