Valwood senior Rachael Sable and junior Anna Godwin traveled to Europe this summer with the Georgia Ambassadors of Music. They joined the group of high school students from all over the state in Norcross, Georgia for three days of practice and then performed for their parents before departing for London.  The 45 member band and choir performed for residents and foreign travelers in England, France, Switzerland, Austria, Venice, Italy and Lichtenstein.  Anna and Rachael were selected to join the tour by Valwood Chorus teacher, Marti Schert. In addition to performing, the students built positive relationships with people from other countries, and experienced other cultures first hand. Rachael is the daughter of Raymond and Lorie Sable of Valdosta.  Anna is the daughter of Mike and Jayne Godwin of Valdosta.
