Lauren Bailey '06 graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Lauren served on the Executive Board of the Chi Omega Fraternity and was a charter member of the UGA chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Genetics at UGA and volunteered for Project Safe Inc., a non-profit organization aiding women and children affected by domestic violence in the Athens area. Lauren is currently attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she is studying for a Masters of Science in Genetic Counseling. Lauren plans to work as a Genetic Counselor helping families with a history of genetic conditions.
