Welcome to the Valwood Parents Association

The Valwood Parents Association (VPA) would like to welcome you to experience wonderful relationships and exciting volunteering opportunities! The VPA consists of the entire body of parents, grandparents, faculty, and staff at Valwood School. Year after year this organization provides tremendous support in numerous areas at Valwood. In order to continue giving our school this level of support, we need each and every one of you. We hold two meetings per year; a fall kick-off meeting and a spring year-end meeting. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend. The VPA is comprised of four equally vital areas of volunteerism:

Parents Helping Students
Parents Helping Educators
Parents Helping Parents
Parents Helping Valwood 

You can sign up for VPA volunteer opportunities in any of the following ways:
• Volunteer at a VPA meeting.
• Complete the volunteer form provided in your child's classroom and return it to your child's teacher or dean.
• Print and complete the volunteer form on our website and return it to your child's teacher or dean.
• Contact a VPA Board Member.
