Two Valwood Lower School students won The Georgia Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner's Statewide Fire Safety Poster Contest. The theme for this year's Fire Prevention Week is "Practice Your Escape Plan". Hannah Hutchinson, third grader, won 2nd place and Grayson Thomas, third grader, won 3rd place. They both traveled to the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta for the awards luncheon.
