Community Opportunities: Valwood's FCA is sponsoring "Teens for Jeans! " They are collecting gently worn jeans for the homeless through February 10. Please consider donating jeans you or a family member have outgrown to this very worthy cause. Collection boxes are in every building!

SPOTLIGHT ON MUSIC: "I've Got the Music in Me"! That's our theme for the Spring Concert coming up on March 13. We've been movin' and groovin' to "The Body Boogie," strumming our hearts out to "Air Guitar" and we "Jump" every time we do the "Hip Hop Boogie"! "We Believe in Music" because "Music Matters." In our music classes at Valwood we've created a "World of Music"! We've started a new after school choir called the Valwood Voices that meets every Monday after school in the choir room. We have 24 members so far! We're loud and we're proud - and you know what? "WE ROCK!" If you would like to join the Valwood Voices then come join us! We'd LOVE to have you. All you need to do is LOVE music as much as we do!
